Naming the Contract Holders

The Royals hold the contracts so the system exists, because there has to be contract holders for the system. They are the ones that hold the “paper”.

The Vatican holds the paper over the soul contracts and the people that are in the baptized situation. The purpose of baptism is to put you in that contract of Tacit Consent forever
